Mango chia pudding

Looking for an easy, super quick dessert recipe, Mango Chia pudding is my go-to. This Four ingredient recipe is my favorite whenever I am in rush. You can also replace the fruit with anything. Also it's refined sugar free and dairy free.

Ingredients
- 1 cup almond milk ( you can also use coconut milk)
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 cups mango
- 2 Tbsp pure honey/ pure maple syrup

Recipe - in a jar, mix almond milk and chia seeds with 1 tbsp honey.
- Cover and refrigerate it for one hour if you are in a rush. I like it overnight.
- In a blender, add mangoes and 1 tbsp honey. Blend well until smooth paste.
- Layer chia pudding and pureed mango evenly among 4 small glasses and serve.

Enjoy this super easy dessert in a hot summer evening!!
